Information we collect
When you submit a security consultation or contact request, we collect the information you provide, including your name, company, industry, business email, phone number, employee range, current IT arrangement, and main security concern. The website may also process basic technical information needed to secure and deliver the request, such as an IP address and anti-abuse verification result.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to your request, understand your business needs, protect the form from misuse, and maintain reasonable business records. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Service providers
Form submissions are processed by the website hosting platform and delivered to Google Workspace services, including Google Sheets and email. If enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes anti-abuse verification. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Network log service data
Network logs are not collected through this website. If a client proceeds with the service, the dedicated appliance may collect the network records and telemetry agreed in the service scope. Those records may contain network addresses, device identifiers, domains, and event metadata.
AI-assisted tools may be used to examine authorized records or extracts and prepare scheduled reporting. When a cloud-based AI service is approved for an engagement, relevant data may be transmitted to and processed by that third-party provider. The service scope identifies the approved processing arrangement, data sources, access, retention, deletion, and reporting expectations before collection begins. A human security expert reviews reports before delivery.
Retention and safeguards
We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Do not submit passwords, access keys, health records, or other sensitive client data through this form.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information associated with your inquiry, subject to applicable legal and business record requirements. Use the contact form and write “privacy request” in the main-security-concern field.
